Games are always fun to watch when neither team has a defense corps above AHL level.
Even with the recent slide it is nice to see there are signs of hope for the CBJ. in one or two years this team could be a playoff team even in the Metro. Lots of young players around, but they have to find out who there defense will consist of, get a power player to stop teams from using CBJ players for blocking and tackling practice, and solidify the defense.
They still need more scoring up front and have to sign Liane, and improve the defense. A non-injury prone #2 and #3 goalie is needed, along with finding a top-pair d-man. Then they have to sign an FA to help the defense.
If they solidify the defense and hit on one or two players that can score it can be a great season next year, if they improve the top six on defense.
